Reliable Services
When RDM Controls build a panel we never want to see it returned unless it’s for a refurbishment or additional new works. To ensure this we have a documented process that achieves a standard that can be checked and traced avoiding any problematic issues that may inconvenience the client. RDM Controls also allow accurate procurement and build time to ensure the agreed delivery schedule is met.
PLC Programming
We support all major brands of PLC’s including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron and Telemecanique.
CAD Drawings
All panels come complete with a full schematic wiring diagram including a connection drawing. These CAD drawing are usually sent with the panel on delivery with an option of a PDF version forwarded on to the client if required.
Testing
All our panels are thoroughly tested in house to ensure our panels conform to client specifications and are of the highest quality. Our testing process also ensures all our panels are fully compliant with all relevant design standards and safety regulations.
Support
After sales service is a vitally important part of our customer care process. At RDM Controls we offer free telephone technical support assisting clients direct or their appointed subcontractors in an effort to overcome any issues that they may be experiencing.
